I thought this was a great customer service tool, you just pressed the button and a employee would answer your question, no more walking around looking for help..I can envision this as a outsourced chat or call center that supports all stores..

Starbucks community?
This is a great idea to build truly local communities based on topic, not sure how well they are attended or if the website allows for you to continue the dialog after your meet up. I will look into this and send follow up, a two part series...

Greenhouses...
University of colorado has won the solar decathlon 2 times in a row and is looking for another victory..
I had the opportunity to see the competition while in DC one year and thought about how cool it was that so many people are driving innovation in this area in school..

Business is back
According to business 2.O "Business is back", as far as I can tell it never went away, there was just a different focus on how to manage and contain versus the focus on growth..thanks .com days...
What a job
This has to be of the most reconizable brands in the us and the hot dog truck can be seen for miles..
